TRUEST™ Authenticator
Job Summary:
TRuEST™ Authentication is currently seeking Part-Time Authentics Associates. The position reports directly to the Head of Authentication. This position will be responsible for all the associated procedures of TRuEST™ authentication at various events.
Essential functions of position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Work with artists and their management team, concert personnel and other facility personnel at various events and venues to obtain and authenticate memorabilia.
- Ability to multitask, while being attentive to the flow of activities at each event and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
- Adhere to strict authentication policies and procedures.
- Collecting, packing and shipping all memorabilia to The Realest Vault after the conclusion of an event.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Preferred qualifications:
- Memorabilia knowledge or an understanding of chain of custody in collecting items
- Must keep composure and act professionally when working with artists and their management team.
- Ideally experience in retail, customer service, operations, security or a similar environment.
- Ideally an interest in sports, music and the entertainment industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in teams and good communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-pace, entrepreneurial work environment
- Must be computer literate and comfortable with cutting edge technology.
- Shifts include weekends and weeknights as scheduled.
- Some long distance travel may be required.
Minimum education and experience requirements:
- High School Diploma/equivalent or equivalent military experience
- At least one year of retail sales and/or event security experience. Preferred in a sports and entertainment environment.
Physical/Environmental requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb up/down stairs. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit and must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will need to be able to work around loud music between 90 and 120dB.
- Events may occur outdoors and in inclement weather.

Salary:
- $50 per hour. Minimum of 4 hours per event worked.
